I have curly hair up to my shoulders and whenever i put it in a bun there's these little pieces of hair sticking out. I have the same hair as my sis and she doesn't have this problem. Could it mean that my hair is damaged and i need to take more care of it?
I think it's something else. I mean the pieces are all over my head.

I've checked out Locks of Love, Pantene Beautiful Lengths, Wigs for Kids, Children with Hair Loss, Childhood Leukemia Foundation, and Matter of Trust. Are there any hair donation organizations that I'm missing? My hair is barely 8 inches, but it's layered and the shortest is 6 inches. I really would like to get it cut short within the next month, so I was wondering if there was any place I can send my hair to that will take it although it isn't too long yet.

What are these hair pieces called?
So I saw this girl and she had gorgeous hair. She had this beaded accessory in and I dont know if it's an extension but I think it works like feathers. You can keep them in for a while I believe. It's like a piece string with clear beads on it. Imagine piece of string down your hair that was a small bead every inch (depending how long your hair is). Does anybody know what thats called? And it will be even more help if you can't tell me where I can get them. Thanks!
